This is something I am very firmly convinced of, and I am extremely glad to be working with people who think the same way.I have worked at multinational banks such as JP Morgan and Macquarie Group, Australia for over 10 years, and I have been fortunate enough to work with people from different cultures along the way. As a young professional, I developed an intuitive talent for understanding customer journeys and building processes and automation around them. It has benefited me in my role at WishCare, where Customer Satisfaction is one of our primary pillars.
