As a certified organizational development (OD) coach, I specialize in empowerment, operational efficiency and enterprise effectiveness. I train cohorts or coach individuals from such large organizations as Amgen, Workday, Temenos, Boehringer Ingelheim, PepsiCo, GE, VMware, Datavant, Convatec, Keyloop, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Ogilvy and Ticketmaster. I have extensive experience working with leaders from all over the world who are leading teams to deliver high-stakes growth in the biopharma, technology and food & beverage industries.I am an Associate Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation. I am also a member of the SAG-AFTRA Actors Guild and spent two years improvising hard conversations with managers in Meta headquarters. These round-robin simulations were designed to train managers on how to have more effective internal and cross-functional conversations. I have an emerging practice in executive communications focused on climate change and sustainable international development.
