I have recently begun my legal training, where I am gaining hands-on experience in legal proceedings by attending court sessions and managing case documents. This role has provided me with the opportunity to strengthen my drafting skills and deepen my understanding of legal processes. It’s an invaluable experience, allowing me to refine my legal acumen and prepare for the challenges of the profession.

Key Responsibilities:Drafting comprehensive policies tailored to the franchise model, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.Developing retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across franchise locations.Overseeing store management practices, including interior and exterior standards, to maintain brand consistency and enhance customer experience.Conducting thorough vetting processes for potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.Channeling communication between franchisor and franchisees, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to policies.Drafting clear and effective franchise agreements, outlining rights, responsibilities, and terms of partnership.Collaborating with packaging teams to develop branding materials that resonate with target audiences.Implementing innovative online marketing strategies to boost franchise visibility and drive customer engagement.Providing guidance and support to franchisees through the development and execution of operational guidelines.Managing contracts effectively, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the interests of all parties involved.

Institutional training includes basic military training to the cadets as part of the curriculum and prepares them to join the Armed Forces. It is conducted with the following specific purpose:-Firstly, to expose young cadets to a `regimental way of life’ which is essential to inculcate in them the values of discipline, duty, punctuality, orderliness, smartness, respect for the authorities, correct work ethos, and self- confidence.Secondly, to generate interest in cadets by including and laying emphasis on those aspects of Institutional Training which attract young cadets into the NCC and provides them an element of thrill and excitement.Thirdly, to inculcate Defence Services work ethos that is characterised by hard work, sincerity of purpose, honesty, ideal of selfless service, dignity of labour, secular outlook, comradeship, spirit of adventure and sportsmanship.
