I have been an iteration manager for a number of product and marketing teams at Intelematics providing coaching and mentoring on Agile Framework methodologies, Lean concepts, Scrum and Kanban. Key achievements:• Transitioned teams to a product lead organization from a more traditional project based structure• Upskilled the organization in Agile principles by running Kanban simulation training sessions• Introduced visualization of waste using BI tools resulting in increased throughput and productivity• Achieved the highest team ratings for engagement scores across the company for multiple years• Transitioned seamlessly to a digital environment during COVID lockdowns with no impact to performance• Lead an AGILE guild which resulted in me successfully introducing Scrum to a marketing team

I successfully planned the operational readiness requirements for a telematics project spanning 3 continents. This included setting up the ITIL software and processes as well as the production system monitoring and alerting. I then supported the operational elements of the project which included SLA reporting, incident management, release management and process improvement.

My role at NAB was to implement visual management boards in business banking centres.I worked directly with the bankers to introduce lean concepts like kanban, continuos improvement, reduction of waste, zero rework and problem solving.I coached around these activities with the bankers and executives while also running a daily "buzz" meeting targeting operational excellence.I successfully introduced this process at multiple sites in WA, VIC, NT and NSW.

Pursat Cambodia

From February 2015 to April 2015 I volunteered at Sustainable Cambodia in Pursat. I primarily helped with project management and process improvement but I was also involved with some building projects, teaching and movie nights for children in the villages surrounding the town.I am currently working on a project to create a "TukTuk theatre". Four of us are raising money to purchase a TukTuk and will fit it out as a mobile theatre. The TukTuk will then travel around villages close to Pursat and provide entertainment, education, food, drink etc. to children that have less opportunity than those that live in the towns.

Madrid Area, Spain

In June 2012, I was appointed project manager to transfer a range of products to a Bosch plant in Spain. The short term assignment involved relocating for 15 months to Madrid. The project was completed in a successful manner such that no customer delivery requirements were compromised.Key achievements: • Transfer of 81different products. (15 customers, 35 product families, AUD $3.6M annual turnover)• Transfer of 25 production cells, 2300 m2 floor space (Asset value AUD $850k, Replacement value AUD $10.5M)Main responsibilities: • Asset identification and line layout • Project timing and regular communication with customers • Documentation transfer, translation and training • Audits ( Internal and customer ) • Sample builds• Regulatory compliance • Customer release and support for production start-up

In March 2011, Bosch Australia announced that it would be transferring manufacturing overseas. From this point on my role changed such that the majority of my time was spent planning this transfer project.I was heavily involved in all aspects of the project from a manufacturing perspective. This includes: • Management presentations to receiving locations including visits to Bosch in Bangalore and Bosch in Madrid • Project manager responsible for transfer of aftermarket and low volume products to Spain • BPS planning workshop in Bangalore • Planning of aftermarket transfers to Hungary, Mexico, China and Spain • Planning of equipment transfers including spares and ordering of new equipment • Development of RASIC charts and timing plans • Asset disposal and transfer • Budget planning for capital equipment and headcount • Management of internal transfers to facilitate external moves
