Current• Assign and lead teams for Focused Improvement (FI) projects. One of the projects lowered the minor stops by 5%.• Reviewed and monitored the operators for their Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities. Our plant became the first plant to achieve the target of 100% plant-wide implementation by September 2021.• Reduced chronic machine breakdown because of leakage by 90% by routinely coordinating with the maintenance department.• Give direction and action to take for troubleshooting big problem that occurred.• Analyze weekly, and monthly production data, then make a project or improvement for the lacking aspects.• Collect production data for undergoing project with the other global sites.• Organize weekly internal and cross-department meetings which discuss safety, productivity, quality issues, and some recurring problems.
