Quando ho preso questo club in gestione l'obiettivo era riportarlo agli antichi fasti rilanciando il reparto vendite che non era a budget da circa un anno e mezzo. Nel 2012 ho realizzato sette budget su dodici. Il mio ruolo da Club Manager in HealthCity consiste nell'organizzazione a 360° (sales, retention & service) del club finalizzata:- al raggiungimento del budget di revenue annuale; - alla soddisfazione del cliente garantendo un eccellente servizio;- alla crescita professionale del team ed al suo controllo dei costi.

Ho diretto un fitness club di 2650 mq con piscina dalla pre-vendita fino ai suoi tre anni e mezzo. Ho toccato un apice di 3600 soci lasciando il Club, su richiesta espressa dell'azienda, a 2850 soci e con un profitto netto annuo di circa 250.000€. Al termine di questa positiva esperienza mi è stato dato il compito di rilanciare il club più prestigioso della catena: quello in piazza Duomo.

Quindici mesi per il rilancio di un club in un centro commerciale tra i più importanti e trafficati in Italia: Orio Center. Ho riorganizzato il reparto vendite, la strategia di pubblicità partendo da zero e riportando il club costantemente a budget dopo due anni di risultati altalenanti. Ho preso il club con 1400 soci e in quindici mesi l'ho portato a 2250 soci.Al termine di questa positiva esperienza mi è stata data la possibilità di avvicinarmi a casa organizzado la pre-vendita di un nuovo club su Milano.
