Although my tenure at this position was short, I learned a lot from the Digitech team and will always be sad we had to part ways so early. Here are some of the things I improved on or learned while at Digitech:- Design print-ready assets for a wide variety of clients- Communicate with clients directly to ensure their needs are met- Assist with quality control- Prepare files for and operate various machines (i.e. CNC, plotter/cutter, offset, digital, ect.)

I collaborated with a small team to create AIXIA's style guide and helped build their website and branding from the ground up. I also created marketing collateral for various projects within AIXIA.

Provided exceptional customer service and developed strong relationships with customers during my time in this position. I was introduced to the production side of printing. I also assisted with graphic design as needed.

This project started because I had wanted to create content while I was looking for work in Connecticut. After assembling a well-versed team we started making episodes and grew a small cult following from our hometown but also from listeners around the world. Although in the late stages of the project I was hands-off from the podcast, I was still overseeing all of the website posts and the creation of branded merch. The website no long exsists but our podcast episodes can still be heard on Spotify.

I was asked to come back and assist while the NorCal Design Center looked for new team members. As a layout designer, I design between 10 and 20 broadsheet pages each day. I worked with two to four editors and supervisors to create these daily pages, and also work on special projects as needed. This time around I focused heavily on the news side (as opposed to features) and fine-tuning my copy-editing skills.

During my short stay at Mohegan (pun intended), my job was to assist customers with just about anything I could in my chair; being responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous while multitasking was essential.

I was contracted to work as Motif Magazine's Art Director in early 2017. At Motif, I did everything from design ads to conceptualize entire issues. I worked closely with supervisors, editors, freelancers, and clients to help produce issues of the magazine.

Chico, California Area

As Digital Coordinator, I worked with 20+ publications across California to streamline their analytics reporting, improve mobile app performance and fix back-end content management issues. I worked closely with editors, News Cycle Systems (NCS), and supervisors. I also worked on advanced Google Analytics reporting.

Often used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop in tandem with InDesign to create custom page layouts and designs.

As the founder of Unplugged Magazine, I oversaw and managed all areas related to the magazine. I directed and collaborated with a small staff that was spread across the US. I had my hand in a myriad of different aspects from art direction, design work, photography and much more.
