This location is my first wellness store. Customer service is a focus, as well as results. I am ready for the challenge and will utilize the knowledge I have gained over my previous years to succeed.

I ensured that the store is operationally sound and staffed in order to meet the needs of the customer. I utilize my team that I have built, and they aid me in complying to the standards set by corporate. Shrink was a focus in this location. In my second year the shrink was half what is was the prior year. This location also provided some unique challenges with language barriers. This really provided me with the opportunity to work on customer service in a creative manner. I also beat sales plan by 10% in FY14.

I was in charge of several remodels from the Brooks/Eckerds to Rite Aid. I managed a construction team, merchandising team, and had to work closely with store staff to ensure everything was completed to the highest standards in two weeks.

Seasonal position. Spent time ripping out carpets, replacing sheetrock, painting, and also performed other manual tasks, and some more business oriented errands for the main office at the High Point site in Quincy, MA.
