Director Of Corporate Real Estate
CurrentIdentify and develop office standards, define criteria for offices, furniture, etc., manages & oversees all aspects of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Responsible for planning and directing commercial real estate strategy, objectives and managing firm wide occupancy costs. Meet the occupancy needs of operations, directs real estate partner. Develop tools, performance metrics, and analytics to support project management, real estate portfolio management, and space planning.Assess office space growth requirements. Recommend changes to Workplace standards to meet the changing requirements of end user groups and incorporating appropriate new design trends and technology. Works with move management staff, IT, and facilities team to coordinate their participation in office expansions, relocations, leasehold improvements, furniture installation, and capital improvements. Lead project planning, budgeting, and approval for major projects, including project management of all construction/relocation projects and ensure project and/or program deliverables are met on time and within budget.
