My background as a Consultant to a range of RTOs, as a Trainer delivering to a wide variety of audiences, as an Instructional Designer developing contextualised management and compliance training for large organisations, and as a Manager in an Enterprise RTO means that I know what it takes to get put quality assurance systems in place that works for your operation, and get great outcomes for your clients.

My main responsibility as Team Leader was to ensure that the quality of the delivery of training and assessment offered by Easternwell Training was of a consistently high standard. To achieve this I delivered and assessed Easternwell's Train-the-Trainer course (that I had developed in my previous role) to scores of supervisors and trainers in the business. I developed recruitment, onboarding, and professional development processes for professional Workplace Trainers and Assessors, recruited four of the five trainers I supervised, and then coached them to achieve Easternwell's Training standards. I also trained a leadership course to both Easternwell and Transfield participants throughout Queensland, NSW, Victoria, and Christchurch New Zealand. Participant feedback consistently indicated that the training received from the team and I was of a very high standard. In the latter part of my tenure at Easternwell I was appointed as the point of contact for field staff undertaking training in their RII qualification, having developed most of the implementation processes for that training.

My primary responsibility was to create training solutions that met organisational needs. Co-developed all of the learning materials for the Rig Employment Development Program (REDP) in 2010-2011. This was Easternwell’s on-the-job training program that was linked to four accredited qualifications in the RII09 Training Package. The REDP was replaced in 2015 with the RII Program as a result of the update to the 2013 RII Training Package. Co-developed the initial diagnostic tools and e-Learning courses associated with the Your Choice program. This program analyses a business unit’s performance against specific Key Performance Indicators and links these to the presence or absence of organisational and individual attributes. Developed the delivery and assessment materials for the Deliver Training course. This course was mandatory for all Easternwell employees who have training responsibilities as part of their role.

I was employed to develop the Bank's Management Development Program. During my tenure I developed and co-developed seven face-to-face courses for delivery within this program, and a further five courses outside of it. Each course took many weeks to develop and involved consultation with a number of stakeholders throughout the organisation. I developed all of the printable training materials for each course. Developed complementary on-line training interventions for these courses. Designed and assisted in developing many e-learning courses that trained users in legislative compliance.
