With over 16 years of dedicated experience in the legal and non-profit sectors, I am currently driving impactful re-entry programs at Root & Rebound. My mission is to facilitate seamless transitions for incarcerated individuals, utilizing my skills and experience. Aligned with Root & Rebound's values, my goal is to contribute to a society that supports second chances and reduce recidivism by leveraging my expertise.Since joining Root & Rebound in July 2022, I have been coordinating prison programs, ensuring that those currently and formerly incarcerated can access vital resources. My role involves organizing educational and support initiatives, underscored by my ability to communicate professionally and manage projects effectively. These skills, honed through years of legal case preparation and office management, are instrumental in advancing the organization's mission to promote successful reintegration.
