I have found my proclivity for sustainability is drive by a talent to understand the small details of design, finance, and operations, and then expertly place their influence within the larger project or organizational context. I am driven by a habit of life-long learning through sustainability research, professional excellence, community participation, and a passion for positive change. My passion is to contribute to a built environment that inspires people to be their best. My career has cultivated an exceptionally broad knowledge and understanding of the 'bricks-and-mortar' factors and organizational processes within and around workplaces, medical care, and educational workplaces that benefit or hamper organizations, staff, and customers. Specialties: Designing buildings to be more sustainable; energy-efficient, higher-performing investments that increase occupant productivity and comfort. I have a passion for designing buildings and administering project teams to surpass standard performance and achieve sustainable certification such as LEED (produced by the USGBC) and WELL ( by The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™)). I have a depth of architectural experience with medical, educational, and commercial building types.
