Whether it's solving a complex issue or just brightening someone's day from a positive interaction - those are the things that make me tick. Over my 9+ years in the customer service space, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best colleagues- with a united goal to better serve our clients and provide the best experience possible.The formula that's worked for me? Communication. Consistency. Integrity. Reliability. Creativity. Toughness. When I say I'm going to do something, I do it. Set expectations appropriately, prioritize, deliver. Leverage technology to deliver a unique solution for a complex issue. Own your mistakes, leave the excuses at the door. It is important to me that my clients trust that I will follow through and fight for them. I have also had the pleasure of becoming a leader over the past few years. It brings a unique set of joys and challenges, but in many ways I can apply the same approach as with my clients. When they need me I'm there - to fix a problem for them, or to just vent about life. I want to support them as a human being just as much as I want to help them be successful in their role. I strive to be what I've always looked for in a manager- a mentor, a cheerleader, and a coach.
