Whether it's solving a complex issue or just brightening someone's day from a positive interaction - those are the things that make me tick. Over my 9+ years in the customer service space, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best colleagues- with a united goal to better serve our clients and provide the best experience possible.The formula that's worked for me? It is important to me that my clients trust that I will follow through and fight for them. I have also had the pleasure of becoming a leader over the past few years. It brings a unique set of joys and challenges, but in many ways I can apply the same approach as with my clients. When they need me I'm there - to fix a problem for them, or to just vent about life.
