- Manage whole completion team to accomplish frac and well intervention compaign target safely and professionally.- Approve, review and comment the completion programs.- QA/QC all contractors' equipment and make sure it is complied with API standards.- Coach all newcomers and trainee engineers.

- Directs and supervises the daily operation for the unconventional shale gas project to to be completed safely and professionally. - Authors, reviews and comments the execution of completions procedures. - Monitors actual costs for the completion activities and ensures adherence to AFE cost. - QA/QC the necessary contractors' equipment, personnel and services for execution of the Company's completions program. - Works with the safety and environmental department to implement and ensure compliance with the Company's safety and environmental policies for personnel and contractors. - Coach personnel with the goal of improving current performance and providing the necessary in-house skills for the future.

Work as the team leader, Conduct the frac, sand control, gravel pack, coiled tubing and deep water cementing and work/over jobs for all customers with more than 500wells. Covering different reservoirs: Conventional, CBM, Deep water, Tight Gas, Unconventional Shale Gas. Good performance and highly recognized by clients.As the team leader, my main responsibilities include:- Design and review the operation program for the frac, sand control, gravel pack, coiled tubing and deep water cementing and work/over campaign for all the customers both onshore and offshore.- Lead and supervise the team to perform the onsite job execution and post-well review.- Lead the team to perform proper maintenance on the equipment.- Work overseas to Support operation in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand etc.- Communicate with the Company Man about the well details and designs. Coordinate with multi-disciplines to run operation smoothly.- In charge of equipment parts ordering both locally and overseas.- Coach the new employees both technical and field side.
