Building a Lending protocol to enable institutional borrowers raise debt, using blockchain technology.Missions include:- Implementation of state of the art lending protocols, coded in Solidity. Best practices used to develop the smart contracts include peer reviewing, multi level testing, fuzzing, auditing by top level auditors and formal verification- Architecture the Atlendis application, consisting of a backend that indexes the blockchain, enriches data and serves contextual notifications, as well as a frontend application that presents all the informations necessary to investors to make their decisions- Build a technical team and lead development efforts- Deploy and maintain our applicative stack, as well as managing integrations with partners- Contribute to strategic decisions concerning the orientation of Atlendis' business, such as choosing a market, defining the product feature and positioning

Design and development of Ethereum blockchain services for consortia.Missions include : Security Token post trade platform for a consortium of french banks and financial institutions: - Boostraping and maintaining of a private proof of authority blockchain network - Development of the platform's smart contracts, that include handling of e-money, security tokens management, orders placements and delivery versus payment operations - Development of all the platform's components related to the blockchain. This includes a transaction orchestrator, to ensure the integration of the blockchain in the platform, a key store, used for the client's keys custody and an event listener, to signal the results of transactions to the platform - Technological watch on subjects like layer 2 scalability techniques, privacy and smart contracts audit and benchmark - Tech stack : Spring framework, Kafka, Solidity, Helm, Kubernetes, JenkinsAgri commodities post trade execution platform: - Work on the micro services and the front-end of the platform - not necessarily always related to the blockchain - Design and implementation of a peer to peer network allowing the members of the consortium to host their own version of the platform while relying on the blockchain for sensitive business data - Work as the Tech Lead for the Paris team : design of technical features, preparation and grooming of tasks, code review and scrum team management - Tech stack : NestJs, Kafka, React+Redux, Helm, Kubernetes, Gitlab CIOn the side, participation to community and business events around crypto and blockchain subjects.

Development of an internal product consisting in the automatic deployment of data ingestion pipelines: - Development of new data sources and destinations plugins, and stabilization of current ones- Refactoring of the code base to enable faster development of new features- Improvement of release management and test coverage- Setup of production monitoring and alerting - Development of a front-end enabling internal clients to create their data pipelines by themselves- Tech stack : python, docker, travis ci, elk stack, javascriptOrganized a blockchain-themed hackathon, which goal was for contestants to discover both Solidity and the digital marketing industry. Worked on client-facing missions mainly consisting in optimizing online marketing campaign. Participated in several projects, some of which are: - Scoring of the probability for prospects to purchase products online to optimize advertising biddings for an international flag carrier- Scoring and research of the explaining variables of churn for a French insurance group

Participated in the following missions as a junior consultant : - Opportunity study and elaboration of a pitch for several start-up ideas in collaboration with le NUMA, in the context of the creation of a start-up studio for a leading French industrial group- Analysis and benchmark of the possible synergies between the water and power branches of the national Moroccan supplier of water and energy

Studied a part or the RATP’s organization to improve the Paris’ tramway network’s maintenance performance. Analyzed data sets consisting in incidents reports from the operational units, and proposed measures to answer the issues discovered.
