After a 6 months period of improving the industrial efficiency of the sites within SMA Division : - in charge of Cherbourg industrial facilities and shipyard in the frame of the DCNS 2020+ vision- mobilisation of Teams on safety, quality, efficiency and profitability, as well as on current complex contracts for France, India, Brazil as well as improving industrial footprint in order to be able to develop new products in parallel.

In parallel of my activities, focus on an M&A project for the acquisition of an industrial family company : mobilizing the Team, rating of the business, financial engineering for the acquisition, elaboration of the business plan, mobilisation of financial partners and private equities, writing the offers and negotiating with the owners.

- Driving the "Service" activity for Metros and Tramways in UK & I, in the frame of the disvestment of "Jubilee line" in London and the ramp-up phase in Dublin.- Safe operations, trains and sites, ensuring contractual availability and reliability, reducing the LCC (life cycle costs) were key improved criteria.
