School photographer. The position consisted in travelling between schools of the great Montreal with a portable photo studio to take pictures of the students, teachers and other personnel members. Manage, select and send photographes to retouchers at the main office.

• Design and realization of embedded code under the Marvel ARM-370 and 385 platforms. Implementation of infrastructure for several products of the Densite product line : IPG-3901, UHD-3901, XIO-4901, IFM-2t, GVNode and also for CoreTech reference design platform;• Design code for the upgrade of products among customers and for cards bring up in production for above mentioned products;• Realization of the first GrassValley product for video signal conversion from SDI 3G to UHD in QUAD or 2SI formats (UHD-3901) using hardware (FPGA). This product also converts the dynamic range (SDR to HDR) of the pictures using 3D-LUT based algorithm. • From January to October 2018, I was part of the CoreTech team for the realization of a library of functions for encoding and decoding video signal and streaming over IP, for systems with Marvel ARM processors and for other platforms.

Designed and coded many video and audio drivers for video editing systems. MS-DOS drivers to Windows VxD and kernel (bus and function) drivers. MJPEG, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and h.264 video compressor devices;• Modified and embedded compressor device, based on ARM processor and Itron OS, to interface with some of Matrox cards. Designed a communication protocol through NAND flash interface to control the embedded h.264 encoder.• Designed an scene detection algorithm to optimize a h.264 encoder quality;• Designed a logging system using IPC to analyze and optimize software and hardware performances of Matrox products;• Design and code drivers for a software locking device (dongle) using USB interface and RSA 128 bytes;• Participated in an effort to optimize PCI interfaces performances for data transfers between systems (PC) and Matrox products with logic analyzers and software tools;• Participated to design a memory centric concept to be used on most Matrox products;• Studied and tested software and hardware to create new Matrox’s products;• Design and coded embedded system using Linux on TI’s Davinci SOC for recording and streaming video and audio (RTSP, RTMP) from HDMI or analog inputs.
