In 2014, after 17 years as the creator of, a shareholder in and a director of the firm "Les Repas Santé" (literally "healthy meals"), the leader in the texture-modified health food market, Stéphane sold all of his shares to the Evolem/Nutrisens group, in charge of a cross-sectorial growth project in conjunction with his brand portfolio.Currently Stéphane is the Chair of ActiMeat (see www.actimeat.com) and has held that position since 2011. Based in Manosque in the south-east of France, ActiMeat supplies uncooked and cooked meat to food manufacturers. He is also the Chair of Baby’Clips (www.babyclips.fr). A baby food utensil e-tail website (patented innovation concerning the stimulation of babies' mouths and lips).In January 2015, he became a company officer of Provence Business Angels; he wants to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship in France, with a a view to nurturing the set-up and development of high-potential innovative firms and, naturally, to allow aspiring young company founders to benefit from his experience as an entrepreneur. It is within this framework that Stéphane Maloisel joined the HEC Alumni business school network, by becoming a mentor for students and alumni who are studying or who have graduated from all HEC business school curriculums.
