Senior Key Account Manager
CurrentMain Tasks- Make sure account management and sales activities with existing clients are aligned with the strategic goals of the unit- Ensure that the market unit is represented in the sales guild- Management reporting of the Market Unit accounts- Coordination of up- and cross-selling activities on existing accounts- Client satisfaction survey and derived measuresResponsibilities- Develop guidelines and methods to ensure best practice of "The Adnovum way of Account Management" in line with Sales Guild- Strategic account planning for existing Market Unit accounts based on account plans per client- Achievement of the strategic and budget goals and targets for and with Market Unit client accounts- Responsibility for the sales activities and pipeline of existing clients of the market unit including - weighted pipeline - signed sales volume for existing clients
