13 years ago, I embarked on an exciting journey, moving to Calgary to pursue my dream of working in aviation. My career quickly progressed, and I transitioned into recruiting, eventually relocating to Toronto to continue growing with the same organization.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with multinational companies headquartered in France and Austria. These experiences taught me how to build and scale HR systems within large, complex organizations. My expertise lies in creating structures that enable businesses to thrive while fostering growth and success for their people.Today, I live in the Greater Montreal Area and work as a Compensation Specialist, and I absolutely love it. Helping organizations grow and make meaningful progress in compensation strategies is my passion. It’s incredibly rewarding to support businesses in taking care of their people through equitable and effective compensation programs.I’m also an avid traveler.
