As a passionate Lead of the Product Designer 👩‍🎨 , I'm managing, coaching and mentoring the Design team: Product Designer, Visual Designer, UX Writer.I try to create an efficient environment for them to learn and grow 🚀.We work in Product Squad and collaborate closely with PM and developers, in strategic decisions, in discovery and delivery, acting as a key stakeholder for backlog prioritization, impact measurement and innovative investments, follow product and feature usage and use data to discover new opportunities. 
We organize workshops, drive daily users feedback 💬 and dig into their pain points to give them visibility and next step along with the PM.The team is also in charge of evangelizing on the best UX practices, the importance of consistency and simplicity.
