As an expert in brand positioning and rebranding, I am the guardian of Ardian's reputation.I advise the Executive Committee and senior managers in crisis communications and complex situations.Member of Ardian’s Sustainability Committee since its creation in 2010, I am committed to demonstrating our vision of responsible finance through the environmental aspect but first and foremost throughout social responsibility. Head of Ardian's Women Club, which I co-founded, I am keen to raise the voice of women in Private Equity and beyond. Curious, open-minded, I support diversity and inclusion. I manage a great team of 15 experts at Ardian HQ and closely work with international teams, encouraging collective intelligence within this worldwide network.
