- Recruitment & selection: preparation of job descriptions in interaction with the line manager, postings, interviews ;- Integration : organize welcome to new colleagues, help them in the first steps in the organization, in interaction with the line manager create of the onboarding plan ;- Training & development: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors, manage recurring training programs, management of subsidies programs, project work, etc. ;- Process improvement: Provide and improve HR policies and procedures, Assist in performance management processes and suggest new HR strategies ;- Internal HR communication : Identify communication needs for teams and manage internal HR communications ;- Day-to-day : first-line helpdesk for employees, management of employee benefits, HR database management, follow-up staff entries and exits, organization staff events, manage employees grievances, etc.- Other missions : Work closely with management and employees to improve work environement, participate in working groups and special projects on HR issues and systems (CDA Group).
