I am focusing on added-value talent acquisition projects for Goodfood. Namely, I am project managing the launch and adoption of the Appyhere app for our hourly recruitment. I am acting as subject matter expert on our ATS as we move to adopt it nationwide in an effort to automate our recruitment process to increase efficiency and improve our use of people analytics. I am also acting as the talent acquisition point of contact for our COO as we ramp up for the opening of a new facility in the GTA.

I am responsible for all recruitment efforts in two major groups within American Iron & Metal. Namely, I handle all specialized trade positions ranging for heavy equipment mechanics to electricians to industrial mechanics for both our Montreal and Laval locations not to mention mechanical foreman roles.
