Sales Development Representative
Current• Working closely with the sales team in identifying target markets, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity• Generating qualified opportunities for IT consulting services by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned market• Planning, overseeing segment and account level researching and mapping the account, identifying their key business drivers• Conceiving lead generation campaigns including email/linkedin campaign plan, lead qualification following up and nurturing• Overseeing contact database management – data sourcing, contact qualification, classification, communication, and updates• Striking and initiating conversations with C – Level influencers in the key accounts • Serving as the face of Clustertek, introducing the company and the products to the prospects• Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM• Consistent in achieving the monthly quota of qualified opportunities• Experience in identifying and employing the right types of messages to maximise sales effectiveness • Scheduling product demonstrations and coordinating with the Product team to clarify client’s technical queries
