I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Thanlyin Technological University and a Master's degree in Construction Management from Yangon Technological University, which is the best engineering university in Myanmar.Upon completing my bachelor's degree, I worked as an intern site engineer at the Myanmar Weather Observation Radar Tower. This experience sparked my interest in public infrastructure projects. My career goal is to work as a professional in Asia’s infrastructure sector, contributing to projects that benefit both the public and the environment.I have been working as a Planning Engineer at Fujita Corporation since May 2023, where I have successfully managed project schedules, sub-contractor coordination and management, JV members coordination, preparing monthly progress report and data analysis for manpower and machinery for Yangon-Mandalay Railway Improvement Project Phase I.Prior to this, I worked as a Construction Site Engineer at Zaw Myo Aung Construction, where I was responsible for on-site management, ensuring project milestones were met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety for a 2.5 Storey Yogi Dormitory at Panditārāma Shwe Taung Gone - Thanlyin Meditation Centre.Before that, I served as a Project Engineer at Aosora Construction Company where I coordinated tendering, estimation and contracting phases of government construction projects, from planning to completion.My professional journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in project planning, coordination, and execution.
