Successfully help the company apply for License of Registration for Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Solid Wastes as Raw Materials. 3.Develop overseas (American, Europe, Middle East) suppliers of metals scrap(Ferrous metals, on-ferrous metals, Stainless, Steel, Specialty Metals and E-Scrap, implement supplier assessment and got enquiry from the qualified suppliers; 4.Develop domestic clients for metals scrap, update follow up the marketing information and feed back to the qualified suppliers; 5.Establish and maintain the trading partner relationships between the company and qualified suppliers, and also the company and clients, to manage and complete the import trading activities;

1. Optimize scrap / waste sales process, evaluate and qualify the scrap / waste material collectors, negotiate with qualified scrap / waste material collectors to determine the collection agreement clauses before signature; in charge of monthly online e-bidding documents drafting, invite all qualified scrap / waste material collectors to bid for monthly production scrap / waste material, schedule the sales per bidding result and award decision which signed by department head. 2. Sourcing for the most competitive subcontractors and suppliers base on the overall QDCRT evaluation result, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers on the clauses of service and product, monthly review and report the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers. 3. Outsourcing of oversea material, get quote from the oversea suppliers and follow up the payments issues and collect invoice and packing list of material/part received for customs clearance.

1. Develop and execute process improvement projects in operation area include manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and technical across PRC to drive business excellence. 2. Responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs in related functions to ensure focuses on key business priorities. 3. Communicate progress, status and issues with business leaders.

1.Complete 4 projects to finish team’s annual saving target. 2.Lead Green Belts to complete their projects, assist to coordinate in removing the Green Belts projects’ difficulty 3.Train Green Belts to grasp the Six Sigma methodology 4.Assist to promote implementation of organization transforming 5.Train project team members to obtain and accept the basic Six Sigma knowledge

1.Monitor process performance and have process audit to eliminate all nonconforming findings 2.Lead a small group of QA technicians to meet customer quality expectation 3.Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer complaint 4.Prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product / process quality performance 5.Manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process 6.Handle customer complaint, electronic assembly and system integration quality 7.Responsible for customer visit, audit and qualification 8.Conduct and co-ordinate suppliers audit

1.Do outgoing inspection at assembly lines and prepare for the inspection report. 2.Assist with Engineer to clarify the inspection standard and assist the follow-up of quality problem, ensure production in good condition to meet shipment schedule.
