The programmes support young people who are closest and furthest to the labour market to access work experience and employment, encouraging by motivating, building confidence and developing employment skills. Through training young people build on the skills required to succeed in a career within Hospitality and Leisure. This project is about raising aspirations and enable each individual to look at their current behavior. Once the project has finished we continue to remain involved with the group so we can continue to support and monitor their behavior.This programme is still in its early stages and it currently being evaluated.
