I am a very analytic and reflective individual. My aim in life is to continually be improving and I have a deep love of learning. I find both teaching and studying very rewarding and hope to have articles published in the future.I am a Member of the Institute for Learning (IfL) with QTLS status and hold Chartered Managers Status.I have presented on a number of occasions at the University of Essex Academic Partnerships Meetings on Best Practice, including upon the use of feedback, the use of www.submit.ac.uk as a learning tool and how my research informs my teaching.I have taught on a range of Programmes, from A Levels in Business and Law to BTECs in Business (predominently Level 3 but also at Level 2) and Applied Law and on all three years of a BA (Hons) Business Studies Programme.I have had a focus on Quality; at various times in my career holding Lead IV status; Quality & Assessment Manager status and being a Programme Area Manager.
