I worked as a Method Production Engineer since September 2015 for Saint Gobain Sully based in Sully-sur-Loire (France). Saint Gobain Sully is Glass manufacturer for aviation, train, armored vehicle and for military.During this apprenticehip, I applied Method and Quality Management especially World Class Manufacturing (WCM). I worked on non-compliance in aviation finishing workshop. I reduced the non-conformance rate of 48% . I led several project such as Quick Kaizen / Standard Kaizen / Major Kaizen and used method and quality tools to increase productivity and quality. I wrote standard documentations. I worked on production and improved process in regard to production objectives ( quality, cost and delay).

Internship as a technicien for 3 months in HRDC. I worked in the CPS-T (Competence & Prototype Sekurit Tempered) department and help the team in everyday work. I worked on Patent and on bending tool study.
