Leading an organization of over 300 Rackers worldwide (US, EMEA in the UK, APAC in Singapore and Australia).During my tenure the Rackspace revenue grew from $780M to over $1.5B annually. The market value of the business grew from $3B to $10B.> Global launch of the industry's first OpenStack powered public cloud platform (2nd largest public cloud in the market) - Compute, Storage and Networking offerings - all software based cloud products (delivered via a cloud based/utility/consumption revenue model) to compete against AWS> Re-positioned and re-launched Rackspace brand in the global marketplace as the Open Cloud company as a key player in the Public Cloud market vs AWS, Azure, etc.> Digital/online marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Content Marketing) driving revenue and leads for the business - delivering a significant percentage of all new acquisition sales (tens of thousands) including 100% digital only model (e-commerce revenue) for cloud only customers in the SMB (acquisition) and Enterprise (growth) segments.> Developed revenue oriented customer acquisition teams focussed on key growth segments in the market SaaS (Mobile, Social, Gaming, Ad Tech) and Web (content management and e-commerce)> Go to market focus a wide market segments including e-commerce (B2C), retail, healthcare, finance, technology(including SaaS), etc.> Secured leaders quadrant in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (for Managed Hosting) as well as Visionary for Cloud
