Champions Forge is a service provided to the Rainbow Six: Siege community by former Professionals to play in a PUG, competitive environment with a separate ELO system to the one built into the game. With over 180.000 Fans Champions Forge is the biggest third party matchmaker in all of Rainbow Six: Siege.

Build and maintain relationships with Publishers and their Esports Programs, with a focus on identifying new partnership opportunities and driving revenue growth.-Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business goals and objectives.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership agreements.-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the gaming and esports industry.-Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify potential partnership opportunities.-Prepare reports and presentations to communicate partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.-Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Conception of a wide range of training tasks with focus on Rainbow Six: Siege, such as target acquisition, tracking, flicking, perception and map knowledge, designed to simulate different aspects of gameplay and situations. Working on detailed performance analysis and feedback to help players identify their strengths and weaknesses and track their progress over time.
