CurrentAs the Associate Director at Admissify PAN India, I am entrusted with the strategic oversight and leadership of our study abroad and educational counselling services, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the business while upholding the highest ethical standards.Strategic Oversight & Guidance:Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance to the company to achieve its business goals, with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and profitability.Business Development :Oversee all aspects of business development, including identifying new growth opportunities, expanding client outreach, and increasing revenue streams across PAN India.Educational & Counselling Services Leadership:Lead the Study Abroad and Education vertical, ensuring the company's counselling services meet the highest professional standards and regulatory requirements.Supervise the development and delivery of student counselling programs, ensuring ethical practices such as confidentiality, informed consent, and non-discrimination.Branding, Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement:Spearhead branding and outreach activities to build Admissify’s presence in key markets, driving student engagement and institutional partnerships.Engage with educational institutions, schools, universities and colleges to foster relationships, build collaborations, and enhance outreach programs.Inclusive & Equitable Education:Champion the company’s commitment to providing inclusive, equitable, and accessible education and counselling services, with a focus on the safety and well-being of all students and clients.Monitor and evaluate the impact of our programs, ensuring they align with our mission to support diverse student populations, particularly those from underserved communities.Foster a culture of excellence in service delivery, ensuring that all staff are well-equipped to provide high-quality education and counselling services.
