About Suardus Van Breda

Begeleiden van leerlingen in het middelbaar onderwijs in hun leertraject voor wis- en natuurkunde, economie. Na een werkzaam leven bij bedrijfsleven en overheid, maakindustrie en advisering, waarbij verbetering, verandering, beëindiging van bedrijfsprocessen op de voorgrond stond, al weer 10 jaar aan het werk als begeleider van leerlingen in hun leerproces. Bijzonder boeiend om jonge mensen te kunnen helpen bij het doorgronden van hun capaciteiten en het voorzien van bagage om hun eigen route uit te stippelen.

Transforming the creative and "chaotic" first period into a "normal" organization. Handing over this business to be managed by the banks. In the first two periods the organization grew from scratch to 110 people during 7 months. In the later period it was reduced to some 50 people when it was handed over.
