With more than 20 years of experience in the administrative area and since 2021 leading the Billing and Collections department, my journey is made up of the integration of soft skills and hard skills. The scholarship at Harvard Business School, specialized in business fundamentals, gave me a professional profile in performance measurement, finance, negotiation and marketing, among others; I assemble technical knowledge with a strategic perspective. While the “Digital Soft Skills” program at ESADE boosted my leadership and adaptability, giving me a fundamental base in interpersonal skills, social competencies and methodical skills with a growth mindset philosophy. As a complement, I expanded my technical capabilities with a tech orientation, graduating from certified full-stack web developer development courses, specializations in React JS and currently training in Big Data by studying Data Analyst. I also work on my communication skills, for example completing English language courses with certification, which granted me a B2 level credential. This set enhances my capacity but does not limit me since I am always in constant development with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and technology, providing an innovative and creative perspective to adapt and implement in my daily work.
