Experienced Managing Director with over 20 years experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Marcelo is currently the Managing Director and Owner of Emede Electric where he is responsible for the company’s operational, commercial business across USA and LATAM. Responsible for engineering industrial product lines including LV and MV Panels, Load Centers/Enclosures and Wiring Devices. Responsible for engineering over Commercial Assemblies including Panelboards, Switchboards, Switching Devices, Busbars, Dry Type Distribution Transformers and Automatic Transfer Switches. Emede has operated in Latam since 1997, from Argentina, and has opened an electrical manufacturing warehouse in Miami, FL in 2021, contributing to the development of the region’s infrastructure with power management solutions that include legacy brands such as, Westinghouse, Crouse-Hinds, CEAG, BILL, MEM, Cutler-Hammer, Powerware and Moeller. Emede employs more than 30 people in 3 offices across the region.Marcelo is a deal maker and his mission is to establish strategic alliances with leading manufacturers and engineering companies in the electrical industry with the aim of producing solutions that meet the highest technical and economic expectations of emede electric customers in Latam and USA. Emede Electric is also fully committed to achieve net zero carbon objectives by or before 2050 and is supporting companies with real plans in Renewable solutions and that ensure clean, reliable electricity.
