* Led the architecture definition, based on Microservices and asynchronous message exchange (events driven, publish / subscribe pattern). An excellent level of code reuse was achieved. The learning step for new developers was nice and fast (1 week, on average, was enough for a new dev to be at full production capacity). Project context changes weren't a big deal: all projects were organized and worked the same way.* Conceptualized the general development process, including the source control organization and CI/CD. Applications could be delivered to the production environment in no more than 5 minutes, passing through a series of automatic quality tests.* Acted as a team lead, providing mentoring to other team members, leveraging the quality and productivity level of the team. Wrote a lot of code in Go. Built several integrations with external partners like Transferwise, Plaid and Galileo.
