I worked with Rackspace to help our Blacksburg office run more efficiently. I managed operations designed to attract new talent and cultural programs aimed at making the Blacksburg site a more cohesive and productive environment. This included working with our research park and connecting our organization to the RBTC.

As the Peer Education Program Coordinator, I am responsible for organizing and executing quarterly weekend training retreats for 20-25 people. At each training session, I both educate and update the student peer educators knowledge on how to conduct various programs throughout the academic year. I am responsible for reserving spaces, organizing materials.
