I worked with Rackspace to help our Blacksburg office run more efficiently. I managed operations designed to attract new talent and cultural programs aimed at making the Blacksburg site a more cohesive and productive environment. This included working with our research park and connecting our organization to the RBTC.

As the Peer Education Program Coordinator, I am responsible for organizing and executing quarterly weekend training retreats for 20-25 people. At each training session, I both educate and update the student peer educators knowledge on how to conduct various programs throughout the academic year. I am responsible for reserving spaces, organizing materials, scheduling shifts, set-up and break down of events, reserving vehicles (if necessary), and handling a multitude of abrupt changes in schedule; which are frequent in this line of work. As Peer Education Program Coordinator, I have handled several tasks that were crutial to the success of office wide initiatives. In this first half of 2013, I was responsible for selling Ad Space for our publication, The Guide to the New River Valley and Beyond. Throughout this process I learned skills in the areas of marketing, advertising, contracting, and worked directly with our offices finances. This was a successful endeavor which concluded with our office benefiting from increased revenue.

Organize Meetings, Events, Programs; Worked as a liaison between our office and other departments around campus.

Achieved rank as the Cultural Ambassador, special dispensation to make sure that, "Every customer has a fantastic experience at our bakery cafe."

Managed 30-50 Residents, guiding them through their first years here at Virginia Tech, was a resource for the students, and kept order. Worked with roommate contracts, and helped socialize students into the Hokie Nation.
