-Managing the Social Media accounts of Mercedes-Benz Global, Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, G-Class, G-Class Experience Centre. (International MB accounts on Instagram (37M), Facebook (23M), Twitter (3.7M), YouTube (1.7M), LinkedIn, TikTok) -Maintaining the CRM system (Previously Siebel, now salesforce) Used programs: FaceLift, FB Business Manager, Tweetdeck -Monitoring the engagement on our posts and accounts weekly Preparing content for AMG Lounge -Following the press releases closely, informing my team members regarding the new releases -Influencer management, monitoring the marketing campaigns Managing the community, replying to the Direct Messages, comments, approving tags, clearing spam.

-Supporting with KPI reporting on the progress of Philips transforming into a health tech company;-PMO Management support (various areas of Project management including stakeholder management, Reporting, Planning, Dependencies management, risk management and more)-Pro-active monitoring of action plans in collaboration with the PMO Lead Support-Assisting in rolling out and monitoring the Philips Project Management methodology in PIO-Preparing monthly Management Reports that is distributed to over 600 stakeholders including the top-level management-Maintaining, monitoring and uptading 3 different data sets that are used for the reporting activities-Supporting Integrated Portfolio Management activities in IT Leadership team-Preparing deep-dive and high-dive meetings and presenting the data to department leads.

-Helped with the Efficiency Program within the CAC, assisting the Managing Director’s Office (working closely with the CFO) Also helped out the Legal department with the SLAs.-Involved in strategic planning and risk analysis phases of the projects.-Performance Management: Measured and analyzed the impact of the Efficiency measures on critical success factors and KPIs, then reported directly to the CFO.-Run separate social intranets in which communications about the projects are posted.-Communicated regularly with the Stakeholders (20+), Business Units and Regions to inform them about the latest status of the projects and got feedback in order to improve them.-Worked closely with the Corporate Communications Office, co-created the content about the projects we worked on.
