Requirement Gathering and Documentation.Prepare reports or dashboards using Excel or business intelligence tools.Support the creation of business process flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Assist in organizing meetings and keeping stakeholders informed about project progress.Support the QA team by assisting in writing test cases and conducting testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Document test results and track issues or defects that arise during the testing phase.Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on project timelines and deliverables.Prepare regular reports on project status, data analysis, or business outcomes.Assist in maintaining project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

Responsibilities:Assist in addressing customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, delivery status, and order issues.Help maintain customer satisfaction by managing issues and finding solutions for shipment delays or errors.Provide support in managing customer complaints, returns, and other logistical challenges.Work with the logistics team to communicate updates and ensure deliveries are on schedule.

Conduct regular audits of inventory in the warehouse to ensure physical stock matches the recorded quantities in the system.Perform cycle counts and full inventory counts as required.Assist in reconciling discrepancies between actual stock levels and system data, identifying potential issues such as shrinkage, mismanagement, or data entry errors.Update inventory records in Zepto's systems based on audit results.Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock data in the warehouse management system (WMS).Track and document inventory movements and any stock adjustments made during the auditing process.Assist in generating inventory reports, tracking inventory turnover rates, and identifying slow-moving or overstocked items.Monitor inventory levels and help determine reordering needs to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
