- Successfully joined venture with QA team in 3 different projects.- Join hands with Production and Process team to drive daily yield to achieve target.- Responsible to sustain and increase the product's In-process and Outgoing quality.- Conduct internal audit and liaise with external audits.- Assist QA manager and team in multiple NPI’s in 3 projects including establishment of NPI report, Quality Control Plan, Process Flows and Work Instructions monitoring.- Work closely with R&D team in the establishment of new specifications and test parameters of Quality involved tests during the NPI.- Deep dive into defect root cause analysis and solutions.- Report writing skills (KPI, 5D, 8D, RCCA, FAI, FMEA etc.)- Escalation, feedback and complaints liaise with customers through 5D and 8D reports.- Handling RMA products from market claim and involve in rework activities.

- Monitoring IPQC and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.- Monitoring process abnormalities and their flow.- Defects root cause analysis and preparing RCCA report.- Verification and returning of rejected incoming materials.- Assisting in internal and external audits.- Monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) for processes. - Monitoring process of IV Test and abnormalities.- Conduct and monitor GR&R as well as Sun Simulation Test.

- Creating price quotations for tender requests.- Labor wages processing and General Administrative Jobs.

- New food flavors creation and enhancements according to SOP- Microbiological testing and screening.- Lab testing of in-process products and incoming raw materials.- Creating training slides for Food Safety courses and Basic knowledge on HACCP.- Creation and revision SOPs for new devices/instruments and fixture.
