Managed the entire asylum case process, from file opening to initial client meetings, and preparation of instruction sheets, all under solicitor supervision. My specialization lies in drafting Statement of Evidence Forms (SEF), witness statements, and National Referral Mechanism (NRM) witness statements. Collaborating closely with interpreters during client calls, I conducted cross-examinations to gather crucial information. Acted as the primary point of contact for official communication with the Home Office. I am dedicated to drafting compelling legal documents aimed at securing asylum acceptance for clients, thus minimizing the need for appeals.
