• Managing EBF/ PVR – Managing the emergency bug fixes by cloning the tickets for the issue tickets and assigning it to specific developer and assigning the fix versions and the story points. • Preparing Agile Metrics – Preparing agile metrics at the end of every sprint to identify the quality and the overall performance of the sprint. • Managing User roles – Management of user accounts in ticket management system Jira on behalf of senior management by adding users for projects and providing levels of viewing and editing permissions for tickets.• Managing Release Information – Creating internal versions for Emergency Bug fixes and PVRs.• Preparing RQS – Preparing the Release Quality Statement for the major releases analyzing the bugs and stories resolved in the release. • Analyzing defect trend – Analyzing the overall trend in defects in the previously released versions and trying to categorize them as per Orthogonal Defect Classifications. • Following up on new workstreams - Following up with Chief Engineers and developers on the newly imposed workstreams and ensuring the continuity of it. • Coordinating Sprint retrospectives – Coordinating the sprint retrospective meetings and ensuring the continuity of it after every sprints. • Clarity Management – Managing and assigning resources to newly updated time sheet codes in Clarity PPM and removing old codes from the system. • Coordinating team trips – Coordinating the team trips and conducting surveys and voting to choose the best trip locations, communicating and convincing the resort management and planning the budgets.
