Role & Responsibility includes:-Project Coordination of Rural Electrification under DDUGJY Scheme of Kandhamal District, Orissa.-Target of the project -: Electrification of 1628 villages out of which 153 unelectrified villages & 1475 partially electrified villages.- 61045 Nos of BPL households to be electrified.-Total Project Cost Appx 189cr. MY ROLE.-To coordinate with project linked stake holders (DISCOM, Dist Collector, Add Dist Collector, DFO, Tahasildar & Nodal Authorities.) to facilitate the work.-Site approval(network survey & forest clearance).-Material procurement & checking at the site.-Timely completion of the target.-Safety of the workmen & develop awareness of safety.-Billing of the material & erection work.-Accomplish public grievances.

In charge of O&M(Electrical) and responsible for-Electrical Commissioning of 2*660 MW units-Full load operation of Units stabilized along with all off-site auxiliary systems including coal handling plant.-In charge of operation &maintenance(Electrical) of the station.-Coordinating, scheduling, monitoring of project activities.-Increased station generation, availability and improved performance parameters.-Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, spares and contracts planning, manpower planning, Monitoring of environmental parameters, overhauling of units. Coordination with external agencies.-Implemented various performance improvement projects-Leading a team of motivated 200 workmen and 30 executives.-Giving solutions to various engineering problems and implementing the same.-Developed safety awareness through meeting & training program.

In charge of Operation responsible for-:-Countries top performing Power plant Ever with Average of 92-95% PLF.-Contributed to solutions of various engineering problems and implementing the same.-In charge of operation &maintenance of the station-Increased station generation, availability and improved performance parameters.-Implemented various performance improvement projects.-Awarded number of times for contribution & performance.-2011(Dec)-2013(April) --:Joined Electrical Maintenance & looking after- 33kv , 11kv feeders & switch gears .-Township electrical maintenance.- Project of 5 Kilometer radius electrification around the Talcher thermal power station-Erection and commissioning of two 32KV/11kv sub stations, 11kv feeders networking for near by villages catering to 62 nos of villages/towns under CSR.-The project worth 25cr included up-gradation & new construction of LT networking of all nearby villages.

Worked as shift incharge.-Worked in renovation & modernization of the units .-Coordinated the annual & capital overhauling.-Achieved recorded highest generation & PLF, .

AS DESK & SITE ENGINEER

-Working as desk & site engineer in operation from 1982 to 1987. -From 1987 to 1994 worked in electrical maintenance. -From 1994 to 1995 in operation & maintenance.
