- Worked under the BFSI, HR and Manufacturing verticals cutting through business areas such as “Cards”, “US HR Policies and IT Management of the same” etc- Worked as a project lead for a ODC setup for one of the customer(s) (OTIS Elevators) handling all the client communication and issue resolution role- Implemented Web-services with VB6.0 based application for Commission allocation system developed for Lehman Brothers, NY- In depth exposure to various areas of work such as system administration, customer interaction and quality control.- Developed a system for ‘Succession planning’ / Leadership development tool which is being used by the top management at the customer site.- Developed multilingual websites with internationalization features implemented using vignette story server templates.
