Supply chain & Inventory management• Procurement of sub parts from vendors based on daily basis for production & assembly purposes. • Overview & follow up purchase of sub parts from the vendor & delivery of finished goods to the supplier. • Create, organize, trace, monitor & control of the material process flow in the industry manually & systematically using SAP. • Management of Complete knock down (CKD) and local parts in inventory using 3C & 5S industrial methodologies. • Maintain daily & monthly inventories for local & CKD parts. • Follow up vendor for QC rejected parts & return the same. Manpower management• Allocate task to shop floor workers based on the parts production &required skill sets. • Prepare manpower chart & allocate shift for shop floor workers based on the production schedule. • Monitor the activities of the shop floor workers and update the same to higher level management. • Calculation of manpower requirement & arrange manpower intake through HR & Contract agencies. Report Generation• Prepare shortage sheet for materials to inform vendors about the requirements on daily & monthly basis
