Deliver projects completing the P2P cycle with suitable Supply chain management tools- Nexus and SAP• Responsible for sign off long and short terms agreements with suppliers and accountable for execution of award of projects. • Validate accuracy of price proposals, financial reports, other data, and information to determine reasonable prices.• Responsible for analysing the output of the MRP systems, aligning materials requirements with the supply base.• Identification and assisting deployment of cost saving initiatives, reduce supply chain complexities and waste.• Establish, track, and trend supplier performance metrics/ score card – OTD, Quality & Overdue • Evaluating supplier performance, capacity, and production readiness• Providing accurate and appropriate communication on industry trends, price changes, key performance indicators, and regional reports.• Collaborate and drive execution of projects with Internal team.• Acting as single POC for suppliers, Category/Commodity for delivery management.• Review open order reports of suppliers and maintain clean communication between suppliers.• Driving Line of balance for critical parts to meet the customer delivery & avoid sales impact.• Support Global Supply chain team in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing orders/agreements with Indian suppliers.• Ensure smooth on-boarding of shipments by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders etc.• Preparation of monthly procurement report, Revenue input to commercials, GIT report, Supplier performance report/Supplier health report. • Budgetary planning - revenue and capital• Driving improvement activities & events to improve productivity, cost savings, & customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for Supplier Identification, Evaluation, Development and Onboarding for development and establishing sourcing needs for New Products-NPI• Responsible for establishing complete manufacturing process sequencing of steam turbine parts and hand over process to Suppliers for series production.• Preparing, releasing, and approving of Process Sheets, Set-up sheets, operation sketches, inspection plans, Procedures, WI etc.• Responsible for FPQ and FAIR for parts and sub-assembly of steam Turbine.• Responsible for RFQ creation. Deliver projects completing the P2P cycle with suitable Supply chain management tools- SAP• Analysis, identification of root cause & corrective action through RCA/8D for misses & escapes and implementing corrective actions to meet the deliveries & Quality standards.• Parts process development and approval at subcontract & vendor places.• Cost estimation of parts, releasing cost to Projects department and involvement in negotiation with suppliers to finalize price of components manufactured at vendor places.• Subcontract planning- Preparation of subcontract plan, review and updating on weekly basis. • Expertise in engineering drawings and GD & T.• Ensuring timely payments to suppliers against to the goods receipt.• Department representative for SQDCM event to improve to customer satisfactions. • Provides and implement actions with problem solving techniques during manufacturing and assembly.• Ensure smooth on-boarding of shipments by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders etc.• Budgetary planning - revenue and capital
