• Responsible for operational effectiveness & ensure 100% materials feeding on assembly line.• To ensure timely receipt and inspection of incoming material as per schedules and clearance of daily shortages of material over Assy. Line.• Keep close monitoring & coordination with Sourcing, PPC, Quality, R&D & Production dept. to fulfill the material requirement for daily production target.• Finalize departmental annual CAPEX and follow-up for its execution.• Ensure No stock out situation by doing Perpetual Inventory and monthly RM reconciliation • To ensure timely Clearance of rejected materials and send back to suppliers within time frame from rejection Store.• Regular Follow-up with Quality for LR preparation in SAP for all components rejected over assy. line.• Responsible to meet 100% materials requirement to SPD, R&D and Interplant STO.• Responsible for maintaining ISO, IMS, SAFETY, 5’S, TPM, TQM and DWM system

• Responsible for smooth functioning of PPC, Store, Inventory and SAP activities in 2 manufacturing Units.• Day to day Coordination with Internal & External Customers / Suppliers to meet customer expectation. • Handling procurement of raw materials and consumables and returning back rejected materials to Suppliers.• Streamline the Spares dispatches to SPD and R&D Centers through proper co-ordination.• Conducting systems / process internal audits to identify problem areas.
