Piping Layout • Developing Plant layout design from Plot plan in line with Project requirements.• Lead a team of Piping Designers/Draftsmen in Designing Piping layouts for Process modules• Checking of 3-D modeling of piping and equipment that is being Executed specifications and regulatory requirements.• Review and fixing the nozzle orientation. • Platform study for vessels, coolers, heaters, and PSV areas.• Preparation of MTO, Valve List, Interface Point Schedule, and SP List.• Checking of Piping Layouts/ IFC Isometrics & Pipe support drawings.• Checking of critical pipe supports with the Stress analysis report.• Review and comments on vendor drawing as per layout requirement.• Meetings/reviews with package vendor to resolve the technical Issues as per the project requirement. • Material handling study and report préparation.• Lead the Model reviews (30%, 60%&90%) and coordination for close out Reports.Stress and Supports • Critical line selection concernant Project spécifications.• Having experience in Stress Analysis of complete piping using CAESAR II as per ASME B31.3 • Having experience in analyzing line connected to vessels, Tanks, pump.• Familiar with codes API 610, API 650, ASME VIII, Nozzle Flexibility Analysis WRC 107 and WRC 297. • Flange leakage analysis and Spring Hanger design.• Commenting on vendor drawings for revised nozzle loads. • Prepare Loading for Pipe rack structures and vessel platforms.• Rack piping design, loop size design.• Vessel clip preparation and selection, providing comments on vendor Documents.• Locating and selection support for non-critical lines.• Issuing isometrics for construction with proper supports.• Validating shoe support, trunnion support, and nozzle check on Nozzle Pro software.
