In 2021, I left a leadership position in the largest bank in Malaysia to pursue a passion for frameworks like Agile and Design Thinking. Today, I'm the Founder and CEO of Agile In Tandem, a leading consultancy in Agile and AI adoption for organisations in Malaysia.I believe that transforming employees into "Intrapreneurs" can be a game-changer for organisations of any size. By doing so, regular 9-to-5 employees can become leaders with a sense of ownership and purpose. I work effectively with both employees and teams, regardless of their level within the organisation. To avoid the "syok sendiri" syndrome, which means being overly pleased with one's idea without validation, I strongly advocate starting with the problem to solve before jumping into frameworks like Agile and Design Thinking.As a board member of Universiti Malaya Innovation (UMI) and a council member of the Malaysian Business Angel Network (MBAN), I provide consultation and training to employees and leaders of different publicly listed organisations in Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
