In 2021, I left a leadership position in the largest bank in Malaysia to pursue a passion for frameworks like Agile and Design Thinking. Today, I'm the Founder and CEO of Agile In Tandem, a leading consultancy in Agile and AI adoption for organisations in Malaysia.I believe that transforming employees into "Intrapreneurs" can be a game-changer for organisations of any size.
